The industrial complex has following parametres:

1. A pattern of ownership - private;
2. The area of ground activity - 5,2 hectares;
3. A total area of buildings and constructions – 9000 м2, from them:
1) the basic industrial case – 6500 м2 (height of 48 m in one floor);
2) the administrative case - 1500 м2;
3) other premises (a boiler-house, through passage, weight, the washing case) – 1000 м2;
4. Presence of engineering communications:
1) cold water supply;
2) the industrial water drain;
3) the electric power (2,6 Mw);
4) gas of average pressure;
5) treatment facilities;
6) constructions, a bog for a sediment of drains;
7) chimney (70 m).

The considerable area of the ground area and floor spaces will allow to organise deep processing of a waste and can incorporate sites:

1) module of sorting of a waste (gathering of a paper, wood, plastic, black and nonferrous metal, glass);
2) module on manufacturing of a mineral heater;
3) module on processing of plastic;
4) module on manufacturing of tile;
5) module on manufacturing of a paper of sanitary-and-hygienic appointment;
6) module on manufacturing of plastic pipes;
7) module on manufacturing of building elements;
8) module on processing of an organic part of a waste in technical compost.

The considerable territory of a complex also allows to place asphalt factory (manufacture of asphalt from products of processing of a waste on the Japanese technology with a guarantee till 70 years), module of reception of biological gas, module of generation electric and thermal energy.
